Salary: $80,000-$100,000 with bonus potential

Schedule: Can change as business needs and seasonal growth occur. Must be willing to work some nights/weekends/overtime.

What YOU will do:

  • Book calls.
  • Handle client complaints.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Take charge of achieving Call Center and other goals.
  • Work closely with the Service, Dispatch, and other departments.
  • Basic CSR functions.
  • Other tasks to be assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Two years of prior Call Center management experience or four years of general management experience.
  • Comfortable managing others.
  • Be friendly and easy to approach.
  • Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.
  • Internet and computer literate.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
