What YOU will do:
- Book calls.
- Handle client complaints.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Take charge of achieving Call Center and other goals.
- Work closely with the Service, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Basic CSR functions.
- Other tasks to be assigned.
What you will bring:
- Two years of prior Call Center management experience or four years of general management experience.
- Comfortable managing others.
- Be friendly and easy to approach.
- Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.
- Internet and computer literate.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
